🎁 Why Can’t I Redeem My Points?

 

🔑 Do I need to activate my account before redeeming?

No. If you have successfully logged in, your account is already activated. You can directly visit our Shop to view available redemption options.

 

💳 How do I redeem points for e-wallet gift cards?

• Log in to your com account.
• Go to the Shop
• Browse available Gift Cards or e-wallet options (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut, Payoneer, etc.).
• Select the gift card you want.
• The system will display the required points amount for each denomination.
• Confirm and redeem instantly.

 

🚫 Why can’t I redeem my points right now?

There are two main reasons why you may not see a redemption option:

1. Not enough points – Each gift card has a minimum points requirement. If your balance is lower than the required amount, the option will not be available.
2. Country-specific availability – Some e-wallets or gift cards are only available in certain countries. If your country is not supported, you won’t see that option in the Shop.

 

❓ How many points do I need for a $100 gift card?

The required points for each gift card (including $100 options) are displayed in the Shop. Please check there, as values may change based on promotions or availability.

 

 

 

🌍 How do I redeem in my country?

The process depends on the e-wallet provider you choose:

• Example: If you redeem PayPal, funds will go to your PayPal account. From there, you follow PayPal’s own steps to withdraw locally.
• Other providers (Payoneer, Google Pay, Revolut, Apple Pay, etc.) have their own methods for transferring money to your bank, card, or local wallet service.

⚠️ Note: Arcadeish only transfers funds to the selected e-wallet. How you cash out afterward is handled directly by your e-wallet provider.

 

📲 Can I request a redemption method not listed in the Shop?

No. Only the payout methods shown in the Shop are currently supported. However, more options may be added in the future.
