Can you breed a water dragon in the browser game 'Dragon Lagoon:Wave' that creates tidal waves and washes away enemy forces?

Dragon Lagoon:Wave’s aquatic combat needs area control, and a tidal-wave water dragon fits. Is the dragon bred by merging a tsunami dragon and a deep-sea dragon? Does it creates tidal waves (washing away 20 enemy forces at once), floods enemy camps (slowing them by 90%), and needs 60 water orbs per day to maintain wave power?
