Can you build a medieval castle in the browser game 'Kingdom Builder' that has a moat filled with alligators to stop invaders?

Kingdom Builder’s defense needs fearsome moats, and an alligator-moat castle fits. Is the moat unlocked after building a stone wall? Does it has 10 alligators that attack invaders (dealing 50 damage each), needs 20 fish per day to feed the alligators, and the moat freezes in winter (alligators hibernate, requiring guards instead)?
