Restaurant Empire:Idle’s progression needs star power, and a price-doubling celebrity chef fits. Is the chef unlocked after getting 5-star restaurant rating? Does he doubles the price of 3 signature dishes, attracts food critics (who give 5000 coins per positive review), and takes 2 days off every 7 days?
