Does the browser-based game 'Skate Park Idle' let you hire a pro skater that performs tricks and earns 2x coins for the park?

Skate Park Idle’s idle loop needs coin boosters, and a trick-performing pro skater fits. Is the pro skater unlocked after the park reaches level 30? Does he performs 5 high-level tricks per minute (earning 2x coins per trick), attracts 100 new visitors daily, and takes 1 day off every 5 days to rest?
