Does the browser-based puzzle game 'Block Merge:Fantasy' have a wizard block that merges 18 adjacent blocks into a spellbook block?

Block Merge:Fantasy’s magic theme needs spell-themed rewards, and an 18-block-spellbook wizard fits. Is the 'Wizard Merge Block' found in wizard tower levels? Does it merges 18 adjacent blocks into a spellbook block (worth 18,000 points), which when matched casts 3 random spells (e.g., turn all blocks blue), and plays a wizard incantation sound?
