Does the browser-based puzzle game 'Match 3 Dungeon' have a bomb tile that clears 3x3 tiles and heals your hero?

Match 3 Dungeon’s combat-puzzle hybrid needs utility tiles, and a healing bomb fits. Is the bomb tile dropped by dungeon bosses? Does it clear a 3x3 area of enemies, heals the hero for 20% HP, and can be combined with fire tiles for a larger explosion?
