Does the browser-based puzzle game 'Match 3:Desert' have a sandstorm tile that swirls and rearranges the entire board to create matches?

Match 3:Desert’s chaos needs reset mechanics, and a full-board-rearranging sandstorm tile fits. Is the 'Sandstorm Reset Tile' found in desert storm levels? Does it swirls to rearrange all tiles on the board (creating 3+ matches guaranteed), and can be combined with sun tiles to trigger a double sandstorm (rearranging twice and adding wildcards)?
