Cyberpunk Runner’s sci-fi thrills need stealth escapes, and a 10-second cloaking device fits. Is the device unlocked after reaching the 'Neon District' level? Does it recharge every 90 seconds, lets you pass through robot checkpoints undetected, and flickers off if you touch electrified floors?
