Will the browser game 'Idle Astronaut:Mars' add a rover that explores Mars’s surface and collects rare red dust for research?

Idle Astronaut:Mars’s exploration needs automation, and a dust-collecting Mars rover fits. Is the rover unlocked after building a Mars base? Does it explores 10 square miles per day, collects rare red dust (used for research, giving 10,000 credits per sample), and can be upgraded to drill for underground water (sustaining the base)?
