Will the browser game 'Idle Astronaut:Saturn' add a probe that explores Saturn’s rings and collects ice particles for water?

Idle Astronaut:Saturn’s resource needs water sourcing, and an ice-collecting ring probe fits. Is the probe unlocked after researching 'Saturn Ring Exploration'? Does it explores 5 segments of Saturn’s rings per day, collects ice particles (converted into 500 water units daily), and sends back 3D scans of the rings (unlocking new probe upgrades)?
