Will the browser game 'Space Colony Idle' add a hydroponic farm that grows food without water?

Space Colony Idle’s survival needs resource efficiency, and a water-free hydroponic farm fits. Is the farm unlocked after researching 'Advanced Botany'? Does it grows 100 food units per day without water, uses 50 energy units per day, and unlocks 'Space Lettuce' (restores 20 colonist stamina each)?
