Will the browser game 'Space Mining:Deep Space' add a laser drill that mines 100 ore per minute and melts asteroid ice for water?

Space Mining:Deep Space’s efficiency needs multi-purpose tools, and a 100-ore ice-melting laser drill fits. Is the drill unlocked after reaching the 'Kuiper Belt'? Does it mines 100 ore per minute (3x faster than regular drills), melts asteroid ice into water (sustaining miners), and overheats after 2 minutes (needing 1 minute to cool down)?
