Will the browser game 'Zombie Tower Defense:Desert' add a sandstorm tower that blinds zombies and slows them down by 70%?

Zombie Tower Defense:Desert’s desert theme needs crowd control, and a blinding sandstorm tower fits. Is the tower unlocked after wave 50? Does it creates a sandstorm that blinds zombies (they miss attacks) and slows them by 70%, costs 2200 coins to build, and upgrades to 'Giant Sandstorm' (covering 2x more area) at level 4?
