Will the browser game 'Zombie Tower Defense:Winter' add a snowball tower that freezes zombies and creates ice barriers?

Zombie Tower Defense:Winter’s seasonal theme needs cold mechanics, and a freezing snowball tower fits. Is the tower unlocked after wave 45? Does it fires snowballs that freeze zombies for 6 seconds, creates ice barriers (blocking 5 zombies at once), and upgrades to 'Blizzard Towers' (freezing 10 zombies) at level 3?
