SimCity 4’s city-building needs interplanetary expansion, and a Mars colony fits. Is the 'Red Planet Colony' building—unlocked after launching 20 rockets and reaching a tech level of 110%? Does it have domed homes with oxygen filters, solar panels that generate 4x power, and a Mars rover that collects rare minerals?
