SimCity 4’s city-building needs solar ambition, and a solar flare colony fits. Is the 'Mercury Flare Outpost'—unlocked after launching 110 rockets and developing solar flare tech? Does it have power plants that harness solar flares to generate 10x more power than standard solar panels, and domes with heat shields that withstand 430°C surface temperatures?
