SimCity 4’s city-building needs lunar expansion, and a moon base fits. Is the 'Lunar Colony' building—unlocked after launching 10 rockets and reaching a tech level of 100%? Does it have domed homes with artificial gravity, solar panels that generate 2x power, and a moon rover factory that boosts tourism?
