SimCity 4’s city-building needs deep-sea ambition, and a Neptune colony fits. Is the 'Neptune Trench Outpost'—unlocked after launching 60 rockets and developing deep-sea tech? Does it have underwater geothermal plants that generate unlimited power, and pressure-resistant domes that house 50,000 citizens?
