SimCity BuildIt’s city-building needs expansion, and an underwater city fits. Is the 'Atlantis Pack'—unlocked after reaching a population of 1 million and building a marine research center? Does it let you build underwater homes, power plants that use tidal energy, and attractions like a mermaid aquarium that boosts tourism?
