SimCity BuildIt’s city-building needs aquatic expansion, and an underwater city fits. Is the 'Atlantis Pack'—unlocked after building a marine research center and reaching level 80? Does it let you build homes with glass walls, power plants that use tidal energy, and a mermaid aquarium that boosts tourism?
