Does 'Apex Legends Mobile' on EA Games have a legend who can turn into a bird and attack?

Apex Legends Mobile’s aerial combat needs avian power, and a bird-attack legend fits. Is the legend 'Avis'—with a tactical 'Bird Attack' that turns her into a bird to dive-bomb enemies (dealing 50 damage)? Could her ultimate 'Flock Attack' summons a group of birds that peck enemies (dealing 10 damage per second), and her passive lets her fly for 15 seconds?
