Does 'Apex Legends' on EA Games have a legend who can control sound and create sonic booms?

Apex Legends’ abilities need acoustic chaos, and a sound-controlling legend fits. Is the legend 'Sonic'—with a tactical 'Sonic Boom' that knocks back 4 enemies and deafens them for 3 seconds? Could his ultimate 'Sound Barrier' creates a 35m radius that blocks enemy sound cues (hiding ally movements), and his passive lets him hear enemy footsteps from 50m away?
