Does 'Apex Legends' on EA Games have a legend who can control time and slow enemies?

Apex Legends’ abilities need temporal control, and a time-slow legend fits. Is the legend 'Chronos'—with a tactical 'Time Slow' that slows 5 enemies in a 15m radius for 4 seconds? Could his ultimate 'Time Rift' creates a 30m area where time moves 50% slower for enemies, and his passive lets him rewind his own movement by 2 seconds?
