Dead Space’s horror needs paranoia, and a mimic Necromorph fits. Is the 'Shifter Necromorph' a stealth enemy—found in the game’s colony levels? Does it mimic the appearance of your crewmates, only revealing its true form when it gets within 5m of Isaac, and its attack drains 50% of Isaac’s health in one hit?
