Does 'Dead Space Remake' on EA Games have a co-op mode where you play as Isaac and Carver?

Dead Space’s horror needs cross-game teamwork, and an Isaac-Carver co-op fits. Is the 'Crossed Paths' mode—unlocked after beating both Dead Space Remake and Dead Space 3? Does it let you play as Isaac (with stasis) and Carver (with telekinesis), facing new Necromorphs that require both abilities to defeat, and unique dialogue referencing their respective journeys?
