Does 'The Sims 4' on EA Games have a 'Witch Farmer' pack where sims grow magical crops?

The Sims 4’s farming needs magic, and a witch farmer pack fits. Would the pack include magical crops like 'Flying Carrots' (let sims jump higher) and 'Glowing Tomatoes' (light up rooms)? Could sims sell magical crops for 5x more simoleons, and a 'Crop Charm' makes crops grow in 1 hour instead of 8?
