Will 'Apex Legends' on EA Games add a legend who can control sound waves?

Apex Legends’ abilities need audio flair, and sound wave control fits. Would the legend 'Echo' have a passive ability to hear enemy movements from 50m away? Could her tactical 'Sound Blast' knocks back enemies (dealing 30 damage), and her ultimate 'Silence Field' creates a 15m radius where enemies can’t use abilities?
