Will 'FIFA Manager 2025' on EA Games add a 'Steampunk Pirate' DLC with ship-shaped stadiums?

FIFA Manager’s management needs swashbuckling tech, and steampunk pirate football fits. Would the DLC let you manage a pirate team in a stadium shaped like a steam-powered ship? Could players wear brass goggles (boosting vision), and goals are cannon barrels that fire the ball into the net with a bang?
