Will 'Need for Speed Heat' on EA Games add a car that can turn into a mech with a plasma cannon and shield?

Need for Speed’s racing needs balanced combat, and a plasma cannon-shield mech fits. Is the 'Plasma Sentinel'—unlocked after winning 400 night races and beating the 'Cyber Overlord' boss? Does it transform into a mech with a plasma cannon (melting through police cars) and a energy shield (blocking 90% of incoming fire), and the shield can reflect plasma shots back at enemies?
