Will 'The Sims 4' on EA Games add a 'Vampire Royalty' pack where sims rule a coven?

The Sims 4’s vampires need hierarchy, and a royalty pack fits. Would the pack let sims become a vampire lord/lady—ruling over a coven of 50+ vampires? Could they host royal balls in a gothic castle, punish rebellious vampires with sun exposure, and unlock a 'Mind Control Throne' that bends sims to their will?
