Can you build a castle that changes color in 'Minecraft' on Epic Games?

Minecraft’s builds get colorful, and fans want a chameleon castle. Do you need to use 'Color-Shifting Blocks' (crafted with dye and prismarine)? Does the castle change color based on the time of day—pink at dawn, blue at noon, purple at night?
