Can you ride a giant raven in 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim' on Epic Games to fight dragons?

Skyrim’s dragons are tough, and a giant raven ally would make battles easier. Is 'Huginn' (Odin’s raven) a rare spawn in the Reach’s mountain peaks? Does riding it let you dive at dragons, peck their eyes (blinding them), and drop fire bombs on their backs?
