Can you turn into a vampire bat in 'Minecraft' on Epic Games to drain mobs’ health?

Minecraft’s night mobs are a threat, and a vampire bat form would turn the tables. Is the 'Vampire Bat Curse' triggered by being bitten by a 'Blood Bat' in the Nether Fortress? Does the form let you drain health from zombies and skeletons to heal yourself, and fly silently to avoid creepers?
