Borderlands 3’s silly weapons bring joy, and a party-themed one is in demand. Is the 'Party Popper' dropped by the 'Party Crasher' boss in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC? Does it shoot confetti and streamers that blind enemies and heal allies in a radius?
