Does 'Borderlands 3' on Epic Games have a weapon that shoots rubber ducks filled with explosives?

Borderlands 3’s silly weapons need explosive joy, and rubber duck bombs deliver. Is the 'Duck Bomber' dropped by the 'Rubber Duck King' in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC—only during the in-game 'April Fools' event? Does it shoot rubber ducks that waddle toward enemies, then explode into confetti and shrapnel that deals 100 damage?
