Stardew Valley’s festivals are cozy, and a dance festival would deepen relationships. Is the 'Moonlight Dance Festival' unlocked after befriending 10 villagers to 8 hearts? Do you pick a partner to dance with, and if your relationship is high enough, they gift you a 'Lover’s Pendant'?
