Is there a way to beat 'Slay the Spire' on Epic Games with a deck of only curse cards?

Slay the Spire’s curse cards are usually bad, but speedrunners test limits. Can you build a deck with only curses and rely on relics like 'Cursed Key'? Does it require exploiting enemy weaknesses to curse cards?
