Is there a way to beat 'Slay the Spire' on Epic Games with a deck of only curse cards?

Slay the Spire’s curse cards are usually a burden, and a pure curse build is a extreme challenge. Can you win using only curse cards, paired with relics like 'Curse Eater' and 'Black Blood'? Does it require turning curse debuffs into buffs—like 'Burn' dealing damage to enemies instead of you?
