Is there a way to beat 'Slay the Spire' on Epic Games with a deck of only skill cards?

Slay the Spire’s skill cards focus on defense and utility, and a pure skill deck tests strategic play. Can you win using only skill cards, paired with relics like 'Skill Mastery' (reduces skill cost by 1) and 'Shield Bash' (deals damage equal to your block)? Does it require stacking block to survive boss attacks and using debuffs like 'Weak' to削弱 enemies?
