Is there a way to beat 'Slay the Spire' on Epic Games with only status effect cards?

Slay the Spire’s status effects are often supportive, but fans test extreme builds. Can you win using only poison, burn, and weak cards, paired with relics like 'Toxic Egg'? Does it require baiting enemies into taking damage over time instead of direct hits?
