Is there a way to make 'Fallout 76' on Epic Games’ camp have a pet brahmin with rainbow spots?

Fallout 76’s brahmin are plain, and rainbow spots add a whimsical touch to post-apocalyptic camps. Do you need to feed a brahmin 20 'Rainbow Radishes' (found in the Mire’s glowing gardens) and craft a 'Colorful Collar'? Does its spots glow in 7 colors at night, attract friendly NPCs who leave gifts, and produce rainbow milk that grants random buffs (like +20% speed)?
