Will 'Forza Horizon 5' on Epic Games add a 'Studio Ghibli' DLC with Howl’s Moving Castle as a mobile base?

Forza Horizon 5’s festival sites need whimsy, and Howl’s Moving Castle fits. Would the DLC let you unlock the castle as a mobile base—earned by completing 15 Ghibli-themed races? Does it move slowly across the map, have a garage for 5 cars, let you craft rare parts using its fire demon Calcifer, and play the movie’s soundtrack when parked?
