Will 'Marvel's Avengers' on Epic Games add a Captain America DLC with WWII missions?

Marvel’s Avengers’ Captain America has deep WWII roots, and a historical DLC would add depth. Would the DLC let you play as young Steve Rogers (before the super-soldier serum) and complete missions behind enemy lines? Could you use a vintage shield to deflect bullets, and team up with Bucky Barnes to destroy Hydra bases?
