Will 'Rainbow Six Siege' on Epic Games add an operator who can turn into water?

Rainbow Six Siege’s stealth operators need unique tricks, and water transformation is game-changing. Would the operator 'Tide' turn into a puddle to slip under doors and through grates? Could they reform to surprise enemies from behind, douse fire from incendiary grenades, and create water barriers that block bullets?
