Can you build a Node.js API in the iOS game 'Node Hero:API' that handles 10,000 requests per minute and authenticates 800 users?

Node Hero:API’s Node.js theme needs user authentication, and a 10k-request 800-user Node.js API fits. Is the API unlocked after building 30 APIs? Does it handles 10,000 requests per minute, authenticates 800 users via JWT/OAuth, and has a 'Rate Limiter' that limits 50 requests per user per minute?
