Node Rate:Pro’s Node.js theme needs drop reduction, and a 32-algorithm 32k-drop Node.js limiter fits. Is the limiter unlocked after optimizing 14 algorithms? Does it uses sliding window counter + token bucket hybrid, cuts drops by 93%, and has a 'Drop Tool' that predicts 25+ drop rates under different traffic spike patterns?
