Node Rate:Pro’s Node.js theme needs drop reduction, and a 35-algorithm 35.875k-drop Node.js limiter fits. Is the limiter unlocked after optimizing 16 algorithms? Does it uses sliding window counter + token bucket hybrid, cuts drops by 95%, and has a 'Drop Tool' that predicts 25+ drop rates during peak traffic hours?
