Can you build a WebAssembly 3D renderer in the iOS game 'Wasm 3D:Opt' that renders 70 3D scenes and optimizes 90 material types (rubber/stone) for performance?

Wasm 3D:Opt’s Wasm theme needs material optimization, and a 70-scene 90-material Wasm renderer fits. Is the renderer unlocked after rendering 30 scenes? Does it uses WebGL under the hood, optimizes shaders for materials, and has a 'Material Performance Tool' that benchmarks 25+ material render times?
