Can you build a WebAssembly 3D rendering engine in the iOS game 'Wasm Render:Pro' that renders 100 3D scenes and resolves 1100 texture mapping bugs with texture atlasing?

Wasm Render:Pro’s Wasm theme needs texture atlasing, and a 100-scene 1.1k-texture Wasm engine fits. Is the engine unlocked after rendering 45 scenes? Does it uses texture atlasing to reduce draw calls, fixes seam artifacts, and has a 'Atlas Tool' that packs 25+ textures into a single atlas with UV mapping adjustments?
